PURPOSE:To make a special driving system for lubrication and its piping unnecessary so as to attain the reduction in cost by providing a piston or within a member interlocking with the piston with a plunger device that performs lubrication into a cylinder owing to force of inertia. CONSTITUTION:A plunger barrel 2, formed with its longitudinal direction in the direction of motion of a piston 6, is formed within the piston 6 in reciprocating motion within a cylinder, and a plunger 1 is housed therein in loose motion. An oil chamber forming a partition in the plunger 1 within the plunger barrel 2 is connected via a check valve 4 to the sliding part of the periphery of the piston 6, as well as it is connected to a lubrication source via a lubricating line 8 formed in a connecting rod, etc., intermediately provided with a check valve 3. The plunge 1 is reciprocated using the force of inertia of the plunger 1 itself, which results from the reciprocating motion of the piston 6. The discharge of lubricating oil is adjusted by changing the stroke of the plunger 1 by means of an adjusting screw. |
