PURPOSE:To shorten a program load time and to prevent the stabilization of a program or the like by controlling a RAM cell for immediately making access to a processor, a PROM cell which can be rewritten and a flow in information between the two memory cells. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 10 is connected to the memory 12 or an I/O part via a system bus 11. All or a part of the memory 12 is constituted of the RAM cell 21 and the PROM cell 22 as a storing unit and a control circuit 23 for controlling the flow of the information between both the cells. The control circuit 23 is controlled by a monitor circuit 24 for monitoring the power source state of the processor. The monitor circuit 24 checks the power source state of the processor, and when a control signal is fed to the control circuit 23 at the time of charging the power source, the information of the PROM cell 22 is written in the RAM cell 21. |
