PURPOSE:To prevent the scattering of toner on copying form by forming the layer of a semiconductor member and the layer of a rubber member on the periphery of a shaft having conductivity to constitute a press roll and arranging a heating means for heating at least one of the press roll and the other roll. CONSTITUTION:The layer of the semiconductor member 26 and the layer of the rubber member 25 are formed around the shaft 24 having conductivity, the other roll 21 is arranged so as to be pressed against the press roll 23 and unfixed copying form is passed between both rolls 23, 21. At least one of the heating roll 23 and the other roll 21 is heated by the heating means (lamp 22). Consequently, the charging of the press roll 23 itself is suppressed by the layer of the member 26, and even if the copy paper and toner are slightly charged, the toner on the copy paper is not scattered. |
