PURPOSE:To facilitate the connection work of a lead line and to save man-hour by fixing a connection body consisting of a conductive material to a diaphragm and connecting lead line with a flexible wire through the connection body. CONSTITUTION:The diaphragm 10 is previously fixed with the connection body 19 consisting of an eyelet, a flexible wire and the conductive material instead of the eyelet and the lead line 18 and the flexible wire 14 are connected through the connection body 19. Thus, the connection work of the lead line 18 and the flexible wire 14 is facilitated, and cost can be reduced due to the saving of the man-hour. Since a part fixing to the surface of the diaphragm 10 is changed from the flexible wire to the plate-like parts, projections on the diaphragm 10 are eliminated in terms of appearances, and a beautiful sight improves, whereby this part can be lightened at the same time.
