PURPOSE:To attain a parallel movement high in linearity for a driving end face holes on a plate spring holding part of a fixed member and a moving member. CONSTITUTION:Two pieces of plate spring 11, 12 are placed in parallel, one end is fixed to a fixed member 13, and the other end is also fixed to a moving member 14 in the same way. One end part of the plate springs 11, 12 is fixed by plate spring holding parts 15, 16 of the fixed member 13, and on end faces 17, 18 of the fixed member 13, end face holes 20, 21 for holding the plate springs 11, 12 by a mold at the time of injection molding are provided, the other end part is also fixed by plate spring holding parts 22, 23 of the moving member 14, and on end faces 24, 25 of the moving member 14, end face holes 26, 27 for holding the plate springs 11, 12 by a mold at the time of injection molding are provided. In a position of almost the same distance as a distance extending from the end faces 17, 18, 24 and 25 to the plate springs 11, 12, lightening holes 28, 29, 30 and 31 are provided on the fixed member 13 and the moving member 14, respectively.
