<p>Ski has a metal plate in its core in the immediate neighbourhood of the neutral fibre and extending over most of the length. Pref. the metal is a light alloy of mechanical properties such that torsional rigidity of the ski is augmented and fixing screws on the upper ski surface are firmly held. The upper and lower ski surfaces are covered with a layer of synthetic material.</p> |
