PURPOSE:To prevent the scattering of toner on copying form by coating the periphery of a shaft having conductivity with a rubber member kneaded with destaticizing material and arranging a heating means for heating at least one of the press roll and the other roll. CONSTITUTION:The periphery of the shaft 24 having conductivity is coated with the rubber member 26 kneaded with the destaticizing material 25 to constitute the press roll 23 and the other roll 21 is arranged so as to be pressed against the press roll 23 and unfixed copying form is passed between both rolls 23, 21. At least one of the press roll 23 and the other roll 21 is heated by the heating means (lamp 22). Consequently, the charging of the press roll 23 itself is suppressed by the destaticizing material 25, and even if the copying form and toner are slightly charged, the toner on the copy paper is not scattered. |
