PURPOSE:To entirely pass an inspection point at part on the surface of a sphere by injecting fluid from a nozzle at the lower part of a base cylinder part and then placing the sphere in rotary motion while varying the direction of the rotary axis of the sphere. CONSTITUTION:The hollow cylindrical base cylinder part 3 is provided in a cylinder 1, the nozzle 2 which makes the fluid flow in is provided to the lower part of this base cylinder part 3, and a control part which is curved in a spherical shape whose curvature is little bit larger than that of the sphere D to be inspected is provided to the upper end part of the base cylinder part 3. High- pressure fluid E is sent in the base cylinder part 3 from the nozzle 2, passed between the sphere D and control part 4, and discharged to the outside. When the interval (t) between the sphere D and control part 4 is large, negative pressure is produced in the space among the base cylinder part 3, control part 4, and sphere D to draw the sphere D and when the (t) decreases, the pressure in the base cylinder part 3 increases to release the sphere D. Thus, the sphere flats in air while the nearly constant balanced gap (t) is left.
