<p>PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption, by providing a switching device which supplies a power source to a C-MOS circuit, and setting the C-MOS circuit at an equilibrium state at the time of starting a data out period. CONSTITUTION:The switching devices Q3 and Q4 which supply the power source to the C-MOS circuit 13 by energizing them from the latter half period of a pre-charge period and set the C-MOS circuit at the equilibrium state are provided. The C-MOS circuit 13 is set at the equilibrium state at the time of starting the data out period by the operation of the switching devices Q3 and Q4, and a period while it is set at the equilibrium state is less than ever. In such a way, a current flowing wastefully on the C-MOS circuit in the equilibrium state is reduced, and the power consumption can be reduced.</p> |
