PURPOSE:To reduce labor needed for the window service jobs of banks by providing a slit for public money forms to an automatic teller machine together with addition of a public money reception processing function. CONSTITUTION:A customer designates a public money process with the designation of a transaction type (51) and inserts a card or a bankbook with the inserting guidance for cards or bankbooks (52). Thus the public money form inserting guidance (54) is displayed. Then the customer performs the insertion of a public money form (55) for public fares, etc., via public form slit of the ATM and then a key-in action (57) for a due amount via the amount key-in guidance (56). Thus the key-in public money is paid through the account of the customer and at the same time added (58) to the account of the public money. Then the date, the amount received and the control No. are printed on a public money form (59) and a reception mark is stamped on the public money form (60). The public money form is separated for return (61) of a receipt to the customer and at the same time the card or the bankbook is returned (62) to the customer after the issue of the receipt and the print of the bankbook. Then an acknowledgement form is stored (63) into the tray of the ATM. Thus an automatic transaction process is over. |
