PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for S branch structure, and to control the propagation of a magnetic flux quantum by connecting an output terminal for a first Josephson line and an input terminal for a second Josephson line by a resistor, using an input terminal for a third Josephson line as the magnetic flux quantum for control and forming a superconducting loop. CONSTITUTION:When a magnetic flux quantum for control is propagated from an input terminal 30a for a third Josephson line 30, the magnetic flux quantum is stopped and held in an inductance loop between an output terminal 30b and a second Josephson line 20. When the magnetic flux quantum is input to an input terminal 10a for a first Josephson line 10, the magnetic flux quantum is input to the second Josephson line 20 through a resistor 5. When the magnetic flux quantum for control is not held, the magnetic flux quantum being propagated on the first Josephson line 10 is discharged to the outside from a resistor 5 section, and the magnetic flux quantum propagated on the second Josephson line 20 and the magnetic flux quantum propagated to the third Josephson line 30 side are formed from the magnetic flux quantum input to the second Josephson line 20. |
