PURPOSE:To prevent formation of flashes in products, by warping a slender two-part mold by extending steel rods at the backs thereof, closing both molds and mutually tightening the molds so as to cancel the warp at both end parts in baking a food in the cavity thereof. CONSTITUTION:Steel rods 2 and 2 are provided at each back of slender two-part mold (1a) and (1b) in the longitudinal direction and the respective both end parts are tightened by nuts 3 to slightly warp the respective molds (1a) and (1b), which are then closed to fill a food in the cavity between both molds. The molds are heated to produce a food. In the process, the molds (1a) and (1b) are mutually tightened by using metal fixtures 5, 5, 5 and 5 of the respective ends of both molds (1a) and (1b) with cam followers 6, 6, 6 and 6. The tightening is carried out to align the whole of both molds (1a) and (1b) on one straight line by canceling the warpage.
