PURPOSE:To prevent the discharge quantity from being decreased, even if the number of copy sheets increases, and to prevent the offset of a toner by making the viscosity of a parting agent impregnated in a porous layer of the surface of a roller high than the viscosity of a parting agent held in a hollow part. CONSTITUTION:A fluororesin porous film is wound to the surface of a hollow metallic roller 10 having a through-hole 11 by heating and press-contacting, and a parting agent is impregnated. Subsequently, the parting agent is injected into the hollow part of the roller 10, a cover is placed on both ends of the roller 10 and a parting agent roller is formed. The porous layer is impregnated with a parting agent whose viscosity is higher than that of a parting agent injected into the hollow part. |
