INDIVIDUAL LINE SIGNAL CONVERTER

摘要

PURPOSE:To preclude the possibility of timeout in a preceding exchange by returning a start end signal in receiving a start signal from an existing exchange network and sending the start signal converted into a common line signal form to a satellite line system so as to decrease the delay in start. CONSTITUTION:A start signal is transferred from an exchange 1 to an individual line signal converter 3 from an exchange 1 via a talking line 9. The individual line signal converter 3 transfers a supervisory signal (start signal) to a satellite line control station 8 transfers a start end signal to the exchange 1 via the talking line 9. The satellite line control station 8 receiving the supervisory signal (start signal) from the converter 3 via the satellite control line sends a command to an earth station 5 to connect the path of the satellite talking line 15 between the said satellite line control station 8 and the earth station 5 and when the bus connection is finished, the path from the exchange 1 to the satellite line control station 8 via the individual line signal converter 3 and the earth station 5 reaching the satellite line control station 8 as the channel (without supervisory signal).
