摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce production of an unburnt residual substance through stabilization of a combustion gas temperature, by a method wherein an output from a limit means, which limits the upper and the lower value of the change value of an after-combustion air amount to their respective given values is added to an after-combustion air measurement value, thereby the target value of an after-combustion air flow rate is determined, and control is made by adding the target value to an output from a steam flow rate control means. CONSTITUTION:The title system is provided with a flow rate control means 6, controlling a flow rate of steam generated from the boiler of an incinerator, a measuring means 11, measuring an after-combustion air flow rate fed to an after-combustion stoker, a plurality of temperature measuring means 41-43, measuring respectively furnace floor temperatures at a plurality of points of the after-combustion stoker, computing means 81-84, computing a change value of an after-combustion air amount according to a given computing formula from the measurements, and a limit means 87, limiting the upper and the lower limit of the change value to their respective given values. Thus, the combustion state of refuse is estimated from furnace floor temperatures and after-combustion air amounts at a plurality of spots in an after-combustion stoker, an after-combustion air amount is controlled so that the pattern of a furnace floor temperature is maintained in a target state, and this control enables stabilization of a generated steam amount simultaneously with complete combustion of the refuse.
