PURPOSE:To make compact in vertical direction below a conveyor means, by providing a plurality of work head members, a replacing means for said members, a lift drive means and a work drive means movable to a position below the conveyor means and interlocking with a lifted work head member from the under side. CONSTITUTION:Under operation, a liftable/lowerable member 2 is lifted at a position below a conveyor means C through operation of a cylinder 5 so as to lift a work head member 1A. Then a work drive means positioned at the side of the work head member 1A is moved from the side position to the lower position through operation of a cylinder 26. Thereafter, pressure oil is fed to the work drive means to lift the movable section thereof to be interloeked with the under side of the work head member 1A so as to operate the work head member 1A. A member replacing means replaces the work head member 1A positioned below the conveyor means selectively.
