PURPOSE:To phone without trouble only by dialing by adding an identification signal for selecting a prescribed telecommunication circuit and the prescribed information signal of a caller with a pulsing signal when a toll number in the pulsing signals corresponds with prescribed decision information and calling the resultant signal. CONSTITUTION:When the pulsing signal (the toll number) inputted from a telephone set 1 exists in the part of the toll number information memory area in a ROM 13, the identification number of the pulsing signal and the information number of a caller connected with an enterpriser stored to follow the identification number in the information memory area of the caller are added before the pulsing signal in a RAM 14 inputted from the telephone set 1. Then, the numbers by the identification number and the information number of the caller among the stored numbers in the RAM 14 are inputted to the exchange 3 of the enterpriser through the exchange 2 of NTT and when the individual identification number of a subscriber agrees with the individual identification number and the pass word of the subscriber previously registered by the enterpriser, the individual identification number is inputted to a CPU 12. Thus, telephone calling is executed by using the prescribed communication circuit, it can be done without trouble only by dialing.
