PURPOSE:To obtain the titled food free from the bitter taste of mugwort useful as a medicinal herb and to enable any person to take mugwort without resistance, by mixing leaves of herb mugwort, lye and salt in the form of juice, mixing the liquid to wheat flour and preparing noodles from the obtained dough. CONSTITUTION:Leaves of herb mugwort, lye and salt are mixed together, the obtained juice is added to wheat flour and the produced noodle dough is processed to noodles by conventioanl method to obtain the objective food. The lye used in the above process is preferably produced by adding 300g of wood ash to 5,000ml of boiling water, mixing the dispersion, leaving at rest for 2 days and collecting the supernatant liquid. |
