<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate a continuous high speed output and to improve operating performance and work efficiency, by moving data input position to a relocate position when a function mode associated with transfer of data input position has been commanded and released subsequently. CONSTITUTION:Upon function of RMF key for printing in alignment with a right margin, a print head is moved to a right margin position based on data stored in a current position memory and a right margin position memory, and when a character key is operated, printing is carried out such that a final character data is aligned with the right margin position. Upon release of RMF mode, data CA in the current position memory are compared with data RLD in the relocate position memory, and if CA is higher than RLD, the print head is moved to the left and a result obtained by subtracting RLD from CA, i.e. moving quantity to the relocate position, is written into a moving quantity memory. Then the print head moves to a left relocate position based on data of left motion flug and the moving quantity memory so as to facilitate continuous printing and improve the operation.</p> |
