PURPOSE:To prevent peeling of a lubricant which is being carried and preserved, and damage of a photosensitive drum at the time of using, by winding round a freely detachable photosensitive body protective sheet through a powder-like lubricant, to the periphery of the photosensitive drum which has formed a photosensitive body layer on the surface. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive body protective sheet 12 which is excellent in weather resistance and chemical resistance, and cuts off light beams, such as a 'Teflon(R)' sheet, etc., is wound round to the outside periphery of a photosensitive drum 1. To one end of the sheet 12, a handle 13 is attached, and a powder-like lubricant 14 is scattered between the drum 1 and the sheet 12. A user holds the handle 13, and draws out the sheet 12 in the direction as indicated with an arrow D. As a result, a cleaning blade 8 is displaced a little and abuts on the drum 1. In this state, an electrophotograph process unit is attached to an electrophotographic device. In such a way, in the course of carrying and preservation, peeling of the lubricant can be prevented, and at the time of using, damage of the photosensitive drum can be prevented. |
