PURPOSE:To achieve a two color printing comparable with three or four color printing, by printing with a fixed two color mesh point area rate so that only specific color or density thereof which is clear for anyone is different in specific area of color of an image on a document to be reproduced. CONSTITUTION:Specific color area which is clear for anyone includes color areas of human skin, white (actually, grey), as well as green, red, blue and sepia. In order to reproduce the skin color of a person displayed on a screen with good balance, by employing a yellow sheet corresponding to a white sheet printed with yellow ink by means of plate having a mesh point area rate of 30%, printing is carried out with two color of red and indigo. It can be known that the skin color can be represented with 25% mesh point area rate of red (M) and 10% mesh point area rate of indigo (C) for 30% mesh point area rate of yellow from a graph of a balance curve for reproducing the skin color during color decomposition. A two color print produced in such a manner has a natural skin color and a good balance. |
