<p>This device essentially comprises a drum (6) whose periphery consists of a plurality of facets (7) in which suckers (11) can slide and in which a vacuum circuit (9), emerging at the level of the outer face (7a) of the facets, is provided, whilst heating electrical resistance elements (8) are embedded in the facets (7) in order to heat and to sterilise, by conduction, the lids (4) pressed on the facets of the drum (6) through the action of the vacuum.
