PURPOSE:To permit direct injection and suction of a sample into a measuring part consisting of various sensor groups by connecting a sample introducing vessel, cleaning vessel, standard soln. vessel, etc., to said measuring part by flow passages, providing stop valves to the flow passages thereof and adequately changing over the valves. CONSTITUTION:The sensor groups 1-4 consisting of reference electrodes, etc., are connected in series to form the measuring A. Samplers 10 and 11 of a sample introducing vessel are made connectable or disconnectable thereto. The sample 10 in the sample 10 is passed to the flow passage 12 by a pump 15 and is sucked directly into the measuring part A by disconnecting the samplers 10 and 11, then opening the valve 5 and closing the valve 8. Standard liquid vessels 22, 25 and a cleaning liquid vessel 28 are provided. Measurement or cleaning is executed by adequately changing over the valves 20, 23, 26, etc., to suck the standard liquid or cleaning liquid into the measuring part A or the samplers 10, 11. A reference electrode liquid vessel 31 is provided and the reference electrode liquid is sucked to a blood electrode 4 by adequately changing over the valve 29, etc., in the similar manner, by which the measurement is made. Since the liquid sample is directly injected into the measuring part, the length of the flow passages is shortened and the analysis of minute amt. of the sample is possible. |
