PURPOSE:To easily recognize the delay time by providing a training frame transmission control section, a delay period time counting section and a transmission line detection section to a transmitter so as to match the synchronization of the plural reception station to an initial state simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:The training frame transmission control section 13 sends a training frame as a P frame (P is set as a parameter) to a receiver 17 after initializing in the transmitter 10 to establish the synchronization to plural reception stations. After the establishment of synchronization, the delay time counting section 12 informs the transmission of the initializing frame to the transmission control section 11 and the transmission control section sends the initialized frame. The delay time counting section 12 is informed of the reply information of the frame from a reply information reception section 15, calculates the time till the reception of reply information from the transmission as a delay time (DL). Moreover, the transmission error detection section 14 is informed of the frame reply information from the reply informatioin reception section 15 to detect the transmission error frame.
