PURPOSE:To make it difficult for an outsider to access a specific file by recognizing an access to a specific file only when an access request to the specific file is executed in advance within a prescribed time from other terminal forming a group. Subsequently, an in-group other terminal access request deciding means 3 whether an access request to the specific file has been executed from work stations 30, 32 within a prescribed time or not, and when said request has been executed, an access request receiving means 4 receives the access request to the specific file from the work station 27.
