PURPOSE:To obtain the title noncolored polymer excelling in moldability, by mixing a propylene polymer with a specified hindered amine compound, a phosphorus antioxidant and a radical generator. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of 100pts.wt. propylene polymer (A) containing >=5ppm Ti as a catalyst residue and >=0.5ppm V as a catalyst residue with 0.05-5pts.wt. phenolic OH-free hindered amine compound (B) such as tetrakis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl) 1,2,3,4-butanecarboxylate, 0.01-1pt.wt. phosphorus antioxidant (C) such as bis(2,4-di-t-butylphenyl)pentaerythritol diphosphite and 0.001-0.5pt.wt. radical generator (D) such as 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(t-butylperoxy) hexane is melt-kneaded at 150-300 deg.C. |
