PURPOSE:To detect bubbles surely and with a high sensitivity, by collecting bubbles floating from an object to be inspected in a water tank with a funnel to detect bubbles passing together with a circulation water by a bubble detection sensor provided in a horizontal pipe. CONSTITUTION:Water in a water tank 1 is circulated with a pump P through a funnel 2 with a glass plate 4, a horizontal pipe 10 and a connection pipe 12. Bubbles Q generated from an object W to be detected such as rubber tube pass through a bubble detection sensor 14 mounted on a cheesell connected to the pipe 10 together with a circulation water to detect bubbles.
