The title compds. having formula (I) and its pharmaceutically acceptable org., inorg. acid addn. salts are prepd. by reacting amine (II) with halo-compd. (Hal-R). In the formula, W represents ethyliden with H, OH or X, X=Et, -(CH3)C(=O)-or-(CH3)CH-OH, R1=H or Me, R2 and R3=H, C1-5 alkyl or C2-5 hydroxyalkyl, at least one of R2 and R3 is not H. When (i) R1=Me, W and R2=H, X=-(CH3)C(=O)and (ii) R1 and R2=Me, W=H, X=-(CH3) C(=O)-, then R3 can not represent (iii) Me, acyl or residue derived from aminocarboxylic acid and (iv) Me or acetyl gp. respectively.
