PURPOSE:To multiply each vector at a high speed by structuring the titled unit so that N pieces of operation units are connected so that each output terminal becomes an input of the operation unit of a next stage except a last operation unit. CONSTITUTION:N pieces of operation units [PU(1)-PU(N)] are connected so that each output terminal becomes an input 3 of PU of the next stage except a last PU. The product of two vectors <Am>i and <Bm>i is shown as C= An*Bn, therefore, when a component an of <a> from the lower side, and a component bn of <b> from the right side are inputted so as to become n=1, 2, 3,...N-2, N-1, and N is order from the upper part, respectively, the product (c) of the vectors is obtained as an output eN of PU(N) in the end. In this regard, since the time t1 is required for an operation of each PU, an input am must be supplied to PU(m) after the time t1 after am-1 has been inputted to PU(m-1). |
