PURPOSE:To easily access collected data in time series by storing various data which are collected from a plane in storage areas corresponding their collection time. CONSTITUTION:A periodic data input device 21 adds time data to plane data PD which is inputted periodically and outputs data PDt. A state change detecting and input device 24 adds time data to event data ED and outputs data EDt. A file control part 23 outputs the input data PDt and time information (t) added to the EDt to a key data generating device 25. The device 25 inputs the information (t) to generate key data (k) for classifying plant data and event data, and outputs it to the control part 23. Consequently, the control part 23 stores data PD that the data PDt contains and data ED that the data EDt contains in the storage area of a storage device 26 corresponding to the data (k).
