PURPOSE:To obtain the resin magnet showing excellent corrosion-resisting property against various kinds of chemicals by a method wherein polyvinylidene fluoride is used as a binder, and its compounding ratio is set in the range of 5-30wt.%. CONSTITUTION:Pellet-like polyvinylidene fluoride in the range of 5-30wt.% is mixed in magnetic powder, and a coupling agent, a lubricant, a small quantity of plasticizer and a stabilizing agent are added therein. The uniformly mixed material is heated up and resin is dissolved. They are cooled down, solidified, crushed and powder-like raw compound is formed. The raw compound is injection-molded in a magnetic field, and a resin magnet is obtained. Said magnet has the magnetic characteristics equal to or above those of resin magnet heretofore in use, and it shows exceedingly stabilized corrosion-resisting property against various kinds of chemicals such as organic or inorganic acid, salt, aromatic hydrocarbon and the like. |
