PURPOSE:To heat a work to sufficient heating temp. and to perform a good soldering by providing the shutter closing the opening at the lower part of a preheating chamber in the state of the work being ascended inside the preheating chamber. CONSTITUTION:A lift body 41 awaits on the same level as those of conveyors 14, 15 receiving the feed of a work from the conveyor 14. The work is inputted into a preheating chamber 31 with the ascent of the lift body 41 and the base end 44 of a pair of shutters 43 is closed by abutting to a stopper 34. The work is preheated with the hot blast of high temp. being blown via a hot blast blowing port 32. The lift body 41 is then descended to the inner part of a saturated vapor 23, the pushing down action of the stopper 34 is released and a part of the shutters 43 are opened to the lower part. The latent heat of evaporization having a saturated vapor phase 23 directly acts on the upper side face of the work, acting on the lower side face of the work as well through a mech like lift body 41 from between the opened shutter 43, the work is uniformly heated at its whole body and subjected to a soldering at the reflow temp. thereof. |
