PURPOSE:To avoid unnecessary output by devising the titled system such that the output of an output object processing unit is avoided when the input object processing unit and a processing program are identical with each other, the processing condition of the processing program is the same as the preceding condition or whose output object processing unit is not subjected to change. CONSTITUTION:When an input object processing unit 6 is once processed, the output object processing unit 7 exists a version 10 of the input object processing unit 6 and the processing program 5 and the processing condition to the processing program 5 are entirely the same as those of the preceding processing, then the processing of the processing program 5 is not executed and the output object processing unit 7 is not outputted. When the input object processing unit 6, however, is revised, the version 10 of the processing program 5 is revised, or the processing condition to the processing program 5 differs from the preceding condition and the output object processing unit 7 to be outputted differs from the existing unit, then the processing program 5 executes the processing and outputs the output object processing unit 7. Thus, useless computer operating time is not consumed.
