PURPOSE:To contrive to lower the temperature and viscosity of material by a method wherein kneading material, which is pushed out of a kneader, is receiver by a delivery conveyer, which is arranged beneath kneading rolls, so as to repeatedly knead the mixing material carried by said delivery conveyer by means of an automatically and repeatedly kneading device. CONSTITUTION:Kneading material W, which is pushed out of a kneader 5, is received by a delivery conveyer 7, which is arranged beneath kneading rolls 2a and 2b, and, carried by the delivery conveyer 7 to an automatically and repeatedly kneading device 10 so as to be repeatedly kneaded in order to lower the temperature and viscosity of the material W. Next, after the kneading of the material W for a certain period of time, the material W is transferred to a transferring means 60, which is arranged at the side of the automatically and repeatedly kneading device 10, so as to be changed to chemical dispersion mixing rolls 50 while being metered. Further, by feeding material W1 in which a certain ratio by weight of chemical is kneaded based on the kneading material W to the chemical dispersion kneading rolls 50, the kneading material W and the material W1, which is kneaded with the chemical, are repeatedly kneaded with each other. |
