PURPOSE:To simplify and accelerate the arrangement operation of skin material and at the same time prevent the positional shifting and wrinkles fo the skin material from developing by a method wherein magnetic material is provisionally mounted on the front surface side fo the skin material so as to arrange the skin material by sticking to a foaming mold through a magnetic action. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic material 25, which is produced by adhering magnetic powder 27 to a sheet-like matter 26, is provisionally mounted on the front surface side of the skin 13 of a skin material 12 by sewing, spot-welding or the like. The skin material 12, onto which said magnetic material 25 is mounted, is arranged to a bottom force 2 so as to stick the skin material 12 to the bottom force 2 by magnetic action. Next, forming synthetic resin stock 15' is poured in the inside of the skin material 12 and, after that, a top force 3 is registered for foaming and curing in order to mold a foam 15 which is integral with the skin material 12 or to mold an integral-skin material foam 11. After the molding of the integral-skin material foam 11, the integral-skin material foam 11 is removed from the force by opening the bottom force 2 and the top force 3. Finally, by removing the magnetic material 25, which is provisionally mounted to the skin material 12, the integral-skin material foam 11 is obtained. |
