<p>PURPOSE:To enable an image part faithful to the image part of a thermal recording paper to be transferred to be duplicated on a recording paper, by a method wherein a metal foil is interposed between a thermal transfer ink sheet on the recording paper to be recorded and a recorded thermal recording paper and light from a light source is irradiated onto the thermal recording paper under a state where the metal foil is very close thereto. CONSTITUTION:An ink layer B-2 of a thermal transfer ink sheet B is positioned at one face of a recording paper C of a plain paper or the like and a metal foil A is interposed between a face on a base material B-1 side having no ink layer B-2 and a copy, a recorded thermal recording paper M. Infrared rays are irradiated on an image part (m) under a state where those papers C, B, A, M are closely laminated. Considerable quantity of light is absorbed at the image part (m) of the thermal recording paper M and heat is generated. This heat is transmitted to the lower thermal transfer ink sheet B through the thickness of the metal foil A of a good thermal conductivity and the ink layer B-2 corresponding to the image part (m) is heated. ink is caused to be transferred on the lower recording paper. Consequently, the ink equivalent to the image part (m) of the thermal recording paper M is separated from the thermal transfer ink sheet B (lacked part b), and said content is transferred to be formed as a recording part (c) on the recording paper C.</p> |
