摘要 PURPOSE:To remarkably improve a forging efficiency by simultaneously perform the forging of a 1st and 3rd stages, feeding the respective work to the succeeding stage, injecting a biting preventing liquid to a 3rd forging die, feeding a work to the succeeding stage by performing the forging of a 2nd stage and injecting the biting preventing liquid to the 2nd forging die. CONSTITUTION:The forging of a 1st stage and 3rd stage are simultaneously performed with one stroke of a forging press 21 on the work W carried into a 1st forging die 22 and work W2 carried into 1 3rd forging die. The working W1 completing the 1st stage is transferred to a 2nd forging die 23 by one part of a transfer means 26 and the work W3 completing the 3rd stage is taken off onto a temporary placing base 25 by the other part of a transfer means 27. At this time, a biting preventing liquid is injected to the 3rd forging die 24. The forging of the 2nd stage is then performed on the work W1 and transferred to the 3rd forging die 24 as a work W2 and a new work W is transferred to the 1st forging die 22. The biting preventing liquid is similarly injected to the 2nd forging die 23. A forging product can thus be manufactured with twice forging of a forging press to remarkably improve the efficiency in forging work.
