PURPOSE:To reduce restoration time of all memory information remarkably at optional point of time by collecting and storing all memory information being the basis of restoration according to the opportunity of designated collec tion in addition to the memory information having a changed between an option al point of time and point of time just before. CONSTITUTION:The memory information 7 at present is stored to be memory information 8 just before. Then a memory restoration means 4 restores all memory information 20. That is, the memory restoration means 4 inputs a storage area 16 at a point of restored time ti to acquire the point of restored time ti. Then the memory information 5 is inputted at execution to acquire all memory information at a point of time te being the basis of the memory restoration. Then the all memory information 20 at point of time te is restored. If the designated point of time ti is not coincident with the point of time te being the basis, the memory information 5 at execution is inputted, difference memory information till the point of time ti after the time te is inputted to revise the all memory information 20 and to restore the all memory information 20 at point of time ti.
