PURPOSE:To quicken the generation of a record definition information table by storing the content of a record definition information table generated at a 1st execution in a library storage means and using the content stored in the library storage means at a 2nd succeeding execution. CONSTITUTION:The 1st expansion means 2, a library storage means 6, a record definition information table library means 3, and the 2nd expansion means 4 to expand the content of the record definition information table registered in the library storage means 6 into the area 9 in the memory 7 at the execution of the program 1 at the succeeding execution are provided. In executing plural number of times of the identical program, the content of the record definition information table generated in the 1st execution is stored in the library storage means 6 and the content stored in the library storage means 6 is used in the 2nd and succeeding execution. Thus, the generating time of the record definition information table is reduced.
