PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence of the thermal deformation of an upper frame and to improve the accuracy of a product by separating the upper frame having a hammer and hammer driving device of a square-shaped frame from a lower frame having turret mechanisms and fastening the frames via heat insulating materials. CONSTITUTION:The upper frame 2 having the hammer 20 and hammer driving device 21 of the square-shaped frame of a turret punch press machine is separated to the lower frame having the upper and lower turret mechanisms 10, 11 and a work 24 gripping mechanisms 25-28 and post parts 4, 5, respectively, which are fastened by means of fittings 31, 47 via the heat insulating materials 33, 34. Transfer of the deformation of the upper frame 2 by the heat generation and working force of the hammer 20 and the hammer driving device 21 to the turret mechanisms 10, 11 and the gripping mechanisms 25-28 is prevented, by which the influence on the turret-punched product is prevented and the accuracy of the product is improved.
