PURPOSE:To easily alter an angle advancing width by forming the width of a generator pole wider than that of the coil winding part of a core in the displacing direction of an inductor pole. CONSTITUTION:A signal generator element 4 is composed of a core 5, a permanent magnet 6 in which a magnetic flux flows, and a generating coil 7 attached to the core 5. The core 5 is composed of a generator element pole section 51, and a coil winding section 53. The section 51 is provided oppositely to an inductor pole 31 with a small axial width, and formed widely in the displacing direction of the pole 31. The magnet 6 is interposed between pole pieces 82 and 83, and provided in a housing 8.
