摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the torque shock to be generated by rapid increase in depression quantity of an accelerator pedal, without using a special actuator, by detecting a speed of change in a rack position in an all-speed type governor, and restricting an opening speed of an actuator to a set speed when the generation of the torque shock is determined. CONSTITUTION:In conducting the opening operation of an actuator, sensors 3b, 4a and 5 detect a rack position, a clutch stroke and a loaded condition, respectively. An electronic control device 6 reads detection signals from the sensors 3b, 4a and 5, and calculates a rack position change quantity and a clutch engagement quantity per unit time according to these signals. Further, the control device 6 computes a rack position change quantity permitting the opening operation of the actuator corresponding to the clutch engagement quantity, according to a pre-stored program. Then, the rack position change quantity as previously calculated is compared with the above rack position change permitting quantity. If the rack position change quantity is not greater than the permitting quantity, the actuator 2 is opened to a predetermined opening degree at a predetermined speed, while if greater than the permitting quantity, a restriction value for restricting the opening speed of the actuator 2 is calculated according to the loaded condition read above to restrict the opening speed of the actuator to the restriction value.
