PURPOSE:To make it possible to always produce dried laver having stable high qualities, by contituting endless chains in the shape of the figure 8 in the longitudinal direction and turning the direction of the upper and lower transporting paths in the front part and the rear part of a drying chamber. CONSTITUTION:A production device for lever dryer consists of a machine part 1 equipped with a laver sheet making device 5, a dehydrator 6, a releasing device 7, etc., and a drying chamber part 2 rotatably equipped with plural endless transporting chains 9 and 10 provided with a great number of laver drainboard retaining frames 3. The endless transporting chains 9 and 10 are constituted in the shape of the figure 8 in the longitudinal direction and the direction the upper and the lower transporting paths of the laver drainboard retaining frames 3 is turned in the front part and the rear part of the drying chamber. Namely, since the endless transporting chains are formed in the shape of the figure 8, water contained in the lower part plays a properly humidifying role at the finish part of the laver in the drying final process, contraction and cracking can be prevented and a smooth high-quality product can be skillfully obtained. |
