发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASURING COMPONENT CONTENT OF RICE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To easily measure the component content of rice to affect its taste by measuring the near IR absorptivity of the rice ground to <=50mum. CONSTITUTION:A rice sample is passed between rollers 20 and 21, then through rollers 22 and 23 for fine powder and is thereby ground to fine particles sized <=50mum. The ground sample is dropped, compressed and packed into a container 33 and is then sent to the lower part of a measuring part 11. Near IR rays of an arbitrary wavelength region past a filter 6 are projected and the detection signal of a transmitted light quantity detector 9 and the detected value of the quantity of the light reflected to an integrating sphere 7 are fed to a control device 59. The contents of the major components of the rice are computed by the component conversion factor value and temp. correction value inputted in a memory device 61 from the detected value mentioned above and the detected value of the sample temp. of a temp. detector 5. Since the quick measurement with high accuracy is easily executed, the control of rice purchase, etc., are rationalized.</p>
