发明名称 METHOD FOR OPERATING SMELTING REDUCTION FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To effectively utilize the sensible heat and reducibility of generated gas in a furnace and to improve the productivity by making the specified relation of ratio of ore and flux blowing from upper step tuyere and total charged ores and fluxes. CONSTITUTION:High temp. gas is dividedly supplied from the upper step and lower step tuyeres 5, 6 in the vertical type smelting reduction furnace 1. Powdery ore is blown together with the flux from at least upper step tuyere 5, and lump ore is charged together with carbonic solid reducing material from the upper part of filling layer in the furnace as mixing and layer by layer. Then, the ratio of weight of the ore and flux charged from the furnace top is adjusted to 10-85% of the total weight of the total charged ores and fluxes. In this operational method, consumption of reducing agent is reduced and the exhaust gas can be effectively utilized. Further, the production quantity is increased without any enlargement of blasting quantity and oxygen-rich ratio or inner volume in the furnace.
