PURPOSE:To effectively insert all coils into slots by moving a blade in a predetermined direction in the state that the protrusion of a brake guide is inserted into a long plate. CONSTITUTION:A blade guide 26 formed with first protrusion 27 to be removably inserted between plate members to a blade holder to which a plural sets of blades 17 made of a pair of plate members are secured at one ends and a second protrusion 28 to be removably inserted between the blades 17 in which a coil is disposed is axially movably provided. The blades 17 are moved in a predetermined direction in the state that the protrusions 27, 28 of the guide 26 are inserted to the plate members to insert the coil into a slot 10.
