<p>PURPOSE:To deliver a control signal without slidable contact by providing a stop signal receiving sensor and a self-traveling vehicle signal generating magnet in a self-traveling vehicle, and a stop signal generating coil and a self- traveling vehicle signal receiving sensor at a rail unit. CONSTITUTION:A rail unit 30 is composed of a self-traveling vehicle guide 32 of C-shaped section and a U-shaped device disposing unit 33. Power supply rails 41A, 41B are mounted in the unit 33. A rail side device 42 has a pair of left and right pole plates 43A, 43B, a pair of front and rear coils 45 between the plates 43A and 43B, and a sensor 46 provided between the coils 45. Current collectors 18A, 18B in slide contact with the rails 41A, 41B are disposed at the vehicle 1, sensors 20 are attached to both front and rear ends, and a permanent magnet 21 is attached to the intermediate of the sensors 20.</p> |
