PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of a diaphragm for improved durability by projecting a partition plate toward a lower chamber and projecting the central portion of the diaphragm toward an upper chamber. CONSTITUTION:A partition plate 4 is installed, projecting into a void 30 defined in a rubber insulator 3, and a diaphragm is curved, projecting into the void 30. There is provided a keep plate 40 fixed to the side of the diaphragm 12 opposite to the partition plate 4 and adapted for pressing the peripheral edge of the diaphragm against a flange 1 in such a manner as to permit projection of the diaphragm 12 in the direction opposite to the partition plate 4. During expansion/contraction of the rubber insulator 3, the diaphragm 12 can follow change of the flow rate in an upper chamber 6 only by inverting the projecting direction upwardly or downwardly. |
