PURPOSE:To shorten the period of construction by a method in which wall panels set through a waterproof sheet on soil slab at a given depth are connected with each other, and a ceiling panel, the outer face of the wall panels, and the downside of the floor panel put on the bottom are covered with the waterproof sheet. CONSTITUTION:A waterproof sheet 3 is laid on soil slab 2 excavated to a given depth by a power shovel, etc., a plywood 5 is set on the sheet 3, and wall panels 4 are set in a mutually facing manner. Connecting rods 6 are thrust through the holes 4a of the panels 4 for connection. A floor panel is laid on the plywood 5 as the inside of a basement, and other two walls are like wise constructed, and the lower insides of them are contacted with the end faces on the floor panel. Ceiling panels 8 are placed on the panels 4 above the mutually facing side walls, and a water proof sheet 9 is covered from the upside of the panels 8 to the outer surfaces of the panels 4 and their ends are joined with the end of the sheet 3.
