PURPOSE:To improve the driving power property, by maintaining the time set responding to the gear stage before the starting of a shift-up to a gear stage higher one stage from the present gear stage, when a shift-up of two stages or more is instructed. CONSTITUTION:Outputs from a car speed sensor 23, an engine rotation sensor 17, a gear sensor 21b, a clutch stroke sensor 32, a selection lever position sensor 25, and an accelerator pedal position sensor 27 are input to an electronic control unit 31. When a shift-up of two gear stages or more is instructed, the shift is made to the gear stage one stage higher at first, and such a condition is maintained for the time determined responding to the gear stage at the starting of the shift-up, and after that, the shift-up is made to the stage one stage higher. In such a way, since the useless shifting such as a two stages or more shift-up and a following eventual shift-down can be prevented, the driving power property can be improved. |
